Welcome to Software Shop. By using our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Software Shop website and the purchase of software license keys from our store. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page.

2. Products & Licensing

  • All products sold are digital software license keys, not physical items.
  • License keys are sourced from authorised distributors and are 100% genuine.
  • Each license key is valid for activation as described on the product page (e.g., single device, 1-year subscription).
  • Product descriptions, system requirements, and licence terms are provided on each product page. It is your responsibility to ensure compatibility before purchase.
  • All software is subject to the respective manufacturer’s End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
  • Prices may change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
  • Accepted payment methods include EcoCash, bank transfer, and other methods as displayed at checkout.
  • Orders are processed only after payment has been confirmed.

4. Delivery

  • License keys are delivered digitally via email to the email address provided during checkout.
  • Delivery is typically within 5–30 minutes after payment confirmation, but may take up to 24 hours during peak periods or if manual verification is required.
  • It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect email addresses.
  • Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive your license key within the expected timeframe.

5. Refund & Replacement Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered once a license key has been delivered.
  • If a license key is defective or fails to activate, we will provide a replacement key at no additional cost, provided you contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue.
  • Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis if the issue cannot be resolved through replacement.
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to sales@eliteworks.co.zw with your order number and a description of the issue.

6. Activation & Technical Support

  • We provide basic installation and activation guidance for all products purchased from our store.
  • We are not responsible for issues arising from incompatible hardware, modified operating systems, or third-party interference.
  • For advanced technical support beyond activation, please contact the software manufacturer directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, and brand names (e.g., Microsoft, Windows, Office, Kaspersky, ESET, Adobe) are the property of their respective owners. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any software manufacturer unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Software Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products purchased from our store. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the affected product.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
